Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Sanssouci Park and palace, the Dutch quarter, and the pedestrian shopping/dining around Brandenburger Tor. The city bus tour and public transport are steps away. Be aware that this property has both a hotel and a "bed and breakfast" studio apartment option, I wish I had known. The studio building is a bit bleak, hotel is more charming.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay at this simple, well-located inn. It's an easy walk to the Dutch quarter with tons of cafes and shops, and is half a block from the tram that goes to the Hbf station for a trip into Berlin. I rented a well-maintained one-speed bike from the hotel, which turned out to be a great way to get around the massive palace grounds--it was so fortunate I could pedal between sites instead of walking for miles. My room itself was up multiple flights of a steep twisting staircase. No elevator. I had a backpack so it was ok but ask for ground floor if you have a rolling suitcase. Everything was very clean except the comforter had hairs on it, but the clerk promptly replaced it. Free coffee in the morning for opting out of daily maid service. Clerks spoke excellent English and were friendly and knowledgeable about sites in the area. Thanks, ladies.

The hotel has a lot of potential and a great location. Unfortunately, it has not been kept up. It’s dingy bathroom is uncomfortable, no amenities with the exception of a bottle of hand wash/shampoo body wash all in one. Water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was really bad and they charge for it regardless of “bed & breakfast label”

Lovely large clean room. Fabulous location in the heart of Potsdam practically opposite Brandenburger Tor. Short walk to Sansouci Palace and park. Also one of the best buffet breakfasts that I've ever had. There was even help yourself ice cream!!!

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist in 5 Min. an der Friedenskirche und in 10-15 Min beim Schloß Sanssouci. Sehr großes Appartement mit 2 Räumen und einer Küchenzeile, mit Kochplatten und Kühlschrank. diese ist jedoch komplett leer es ist weder ein Teller, noch ein Glas bzw. eine Tasse vorhanden

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, viel zu weich und zu schmal. Das Zimmer viel zu warm, keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer war relativ sauber, teilweise Staub in den Ecken. Damen von der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit.
