The place is not clean, there was no hot water. Turning the water on gave me shock every time I told the lady in reception but didn’t really said nothing.

I want to start with, I never leave reviews. However, I feel compelled to after staying at Hotel Media Luna. First, we chose this hotel based on the Expedia rating of 4.1 out of 5. Well, I wouldn't even give them a 2. Second, the rooms are incredibly small. You open the door and the door almost hits the bed. Also, you have to sit sideways on the toilet because the bathroom wall is so close. You almost have to go outside to change your mind. We actually had to move to 3 rooms because of issue that kept popping up. The first room the shower spit at you and no hot water. The second room, the electricity went out on that side of the hotel and they couldn't provide us a time when it would be fixed. The third room was right above the main plaza so sleeping was a problem until around 3am when the partying stopped. Keep in mind, we were the only guests at the hotel for the majority of our stay which was 4 nights. On the last day another couple arrived. To add insult to injury, the housekeeping asked us one of the days if she wanted us to clean the room? Unbelievable.. Needless to say, we will never stay at Hotel Media Luna again and we are warning all our friends and family.

No me percate de que no tiene elevadores. Las habitaciones estan muy pequeñas. La cercania al Parian esta bastante bien, pero el ruido hasta altas horas de la noche es insoportable. Pequeño, pero acojedor y limpio.

Perfect location. Although in centro, still quiet. Friendly staff. Rooms can have a little make over. Plus they are really small. For one night it should be fine though.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Right in the Middle of Tlaquepaque. Staff were wonderful, clean room and comfortable beds. The only thing is that we were right next to the check in desk and it got loud starting at 5am so it made it hard to stay asleep. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed it!
It was great! Loved location and comfort. One draw back, no elevator, all rooms on second floor, not cool when you have heavy luggage

It feels like a great place to stay if you want to socialize with other people and have easy access to everything "el Parian" has to offer. The one thing it lacked for me was full privacy, the door is not sounds proof AT ALL, so, you can hear everything happening outside and they can certainly hear you too. Like I said, if you want to socialize and enjoy a "Home-Like" environment, this is certainly a great place to be.

The location is perfecto. Staff very friendly. I loved our room. Felt safe, room cleaned everyday and bottled water left in room daily. Breakfast fresh fruit and coffee was perfecto for us. Would stay again- no problema.

Great location but awful services and amenities. The breakfast included that is promoted is awful an old taste toast & coffee. The staff has no experience on dealings with guests. They don’t make you feel Welcome. I would only stay one night in the future if need it and only because of the location.

Hotel is right in the middle of all the action. I didn’t mind the noise. However the hotel had given away our bigger better room but still charges us for it. The breakfast was a joke- make your own toast. The decoration was nice, and staff friendly but I’m still upset about getting the smaller room.

The staff is excellent and they are dog friendly! It is quite a loud neighborhood and finding parking was difficult. We did use the lot across the street which was a little pricey (comparatively) The wifi was inconsistent. If you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to stay!
