Great hotel. Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning during my first stay but my second stay was great. No issues. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the accommodations are perfect. Also the food at the hotel is very good.

Very difficult to contact and speak to someone in English prior to arrival… so we were a bit concerned. However it might be one of the BEST boutique hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel the world. I must mention ALICE at the front desk who booked for us two incredible trips with a very knowledgeable and perfect English speaking Charles & Ed the driver… couldn’t have been in better hands. Comfort with excellent location in Manaus
The Hotel Juma did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. A large group of us had dinner in the restaurant 1 evening with a violin and cello played in the background, highly recommend the food was excellent! Food and drinks may be ordered and delivered to their rooftop swimming pool which we used several times during our stay. Only negative their bar area in the lobby is quite small, although plenty of seating on the terrace.
