THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE PROTOCOLS OF MY RESERVATION, I PAID MORE THAN WHAT WE AGREED ON WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. THEY TOOK ME OUT BEFORE THE 12 DAYS I PAID. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE SHOWER HAS MOLD AND TURTY, THEY SET ME IN INTO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA IN THE SHOWER THEY WERE CALLING TILES OFF FROM THEIR POSITION, i TOOK PICTURES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT.

Buen servicio, el desayuno es variado y bien servido, las opciones de comida infantil no son balanceadas ni de calidad pero ayuda que uno se puede servir lo que falta y dárselos. El baño es muy pequeño y estoy embarazada, entre y salir de la regadera es un reto 😶, el servicio al cliente es bueno y en el restaurante es excelente.
