Teachers ripped off by hotel
The ONLY day housekeeping came to our room was the last day, which was the only day we were able to sleep late. They woke us up at 10 on the dot. We have had NO TOWELS, and they have refused to give us any to shower with on our last day (so I am leaving WITHOUT A SHOWER) after we had to use all of our towels to sop up water that condensed all over the hard floor on our first night in a thunderstorm. The service has been terrible the whole time. We checked in to a half prepared room with no body wash or hand soap and items left out all over the desk. The bed is painful and a spring poked me all night in one place. There are only two slow functioning elevators for the whole property and anytime you needed to get to your room you had to wait ten minutes in line. This was supposed to be a nice hotel and cost my teacher income household dearly. I have never hated a hotel stay this much.

Service was abysmal. Was given a room with an air conditioning unit that clanked and made it impossible to sleep. Also broken. They had to get a replacement unit and it took forever and the room was unusable they need to refund all of my money

It was in a convenient location but nosey because it was near a major highway. There was no microwave in the room and hot in the hallways.
