DO NOT STAY!!!! FRESH DOG PRINT STAINS ON BEDDING DOG HAIR ALL OVER ROOM BROKEN WINDOWS IN ROOM WITH NO WOOD TO PROTECT AIR OR INTRUDER IN MOLD SHOWER CURTAIN NO EXTRA BEDDING AND THEY DO NOT HAVE NO EXTRA TOWELS. HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR UNSANITARY

We have stayed at this location before and had better experiences. The room smelled like pot, the lamps didn't work, the tv didn't work and the shower controls didn't work. I'm not happy with this recent stay.

Room Dirty and Repairs Needed
Check in process was easy n staff was helpful. Room however was in poor condition. Walls were dirty and had numerious patches. Bathroom tub was in terrible condition and hot n cold lines reversed. Breakfast was limited to cold cereal/instant oatmeal and toast.

I’m really glad we stopped by the room first because we ended up buying cleaning supplies. The bathroom had hair and dirt all over with a mold spot. The bedside tables had sticky substances and the walls were dirty with graffiti. The sheets were dirty. Human hair everywhere.

I was hauling a horse to Nevada so I had a horse trailer on the back of my truck. The facilities have good parking for trucks & rigs. Casino next to facility has good service for food and is clean. This Motel 8 is "old" but they seem to be trying to improve it. Bed was comfortable but pillows were SMALL like toss pillows. Lock on door was not working, which I told them about. Overall it was average for a lower end room.

Proceed with caution: poor conditions
The condition of the property is poor and in need of serious help. It’s filthy looking inside with paint smears and several spots repaired waiting to be painted. The tub backs up with water and is slow to drain. The plumbing is backwards for hot/cold. It smelled slightly like mold in the room. The bed was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the floor or the car for comfort. Not at worth the price to stay here. It should be a $65 a night place based on the condition of everything.

This hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there was a more limited breakfast than some of the Super 8s I have stayed at (and more expansive than the grab and go ones). I will stay here again if my trip gets broken in Fernley.
