Never Ever EVER again!!!
No towels in the bathroom right off the breakfast area. When it was reported to the front desk clerk, her response was “Oh yeah, I know that". Given room on 2nd floor with non-working elevator. Given a queen, even though a king was reserved. Had to provide proof that we reserved a king room. Was extremely reluctant to provide correct room type because all kings were on the 3rd floor. 3rd floor room has a 3" square missing from the window screen. Requested extra towels on our reservation, when we got to 1st room, there were no extra towels, no biggie, but when I asked for extra towels, I was told that there weren't any. When we got to 2nd room, there was 1 towel for 2 people. Admitted the info on the website is not accurate. Side door doesn't close properly. We were able to walk in with no need for our room key. Floor in room was squishy, and had broken floor boards. It was impossible to sit straight in the office chair in the room, as it leaned quite a way to the left. There was no drain plug in the bathroom sink. HUGE issue for contact lens wearers. Several sites mentioned the availability of breakfast, however, there is no breakfast, and instead of correcting the incorrect listings, property management feels the need to shift the blame to the guest for not checking the reviews. Quite frankly, it is the responsibility of the MANAGEMENT to verify their listings are correct and the guest should never EVER be blamed for not reading reviews! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I arrived after check in time and my room wasn’t ready. The bed wasn't finished being made and they said it would be shortly. The individual who checked me in was flustered and stated “I want to go home.” After I returned from dinner almost 3.5 hours later my bed still wasn't made and I had to go to then desk twice before someone fixed it and brought pillows.
