It’s a very old hotel. I asked for quiet room. The receptionist said they have none because it’s fully booked. But actually they have many empty rooms during the off season.Asked for body lotion, it was not provided. I was shocked by the service they provided.

Hotel staff was wonderful. Shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Sure Stay uses the Executive Hotel shuttle. The hotel is across the street.

The worst trip from hell!
I booked this room for my daughter as she had an early flight out the next day. She checked in the afternoon and went out for dinner. She came back at 9:00pm and the front desk told her she was at the wrong hotel. After unpacking she had to repack and make her way to the correct hotel. Two hotels with same name. UNFORTUNATE & UNEXEPTIONABLE!!!
