This property is in a fabulous location and had an amazing rooftop terrace with a small pool. Super comfy loungers, great after walking the city in the morning. Awesome staff at reception and at the rooftop bar. Unique rooms that evoked a Miami Beach art-deco vibe. Downside was that our toilet area didn’t smell so fresh. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel for the leisure traveller.

The breakfast is until 12 pm ! You could seelp more and then have a really good breakfast . I didn't like that some people tray you really good and others just depending how you look . Hotel located on the busiest part of Gran Via. We were surprised to be greeted by a doorman who unlocked the elevator for us to reach the reception on the 9th floor! The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and soundproofed, but the hallways are dark and the access to the elevators feels disconnected from the rest of the building. It gives the impression that some floors are part of the hotel while others are not? The elevators are also very slow. The view from the terrace is magnificent, but the pool is much too small for the number of guests. The hotel is mainly occupied by young people aged 20 to 40, with few/no families. In short, it was okay for one night, but we wouldn't stay longer.
