Do not stay here
When I arrived at the property, there were homeless people around and I immediately felt uneasy. While checking in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and then said my room number OUT LOUD as a male guest walked by. (I am a single, female traveler). Inside the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke even tho it was a no smoking room. The room was fine overall. The final straw was when a MASSIVE cockroach crawled out from behind the tv on the wall and then disappeared somewhere. At that point I gathered my belongings and left, driving back to Charlotte through the night after the dinner I was in town for was over. Terrible.

Bad Experience
Room smelled terrible, non smoking room did not smell that way, burns in the furniture. Would never stay there. So disgusted went home instead of dealing with the smell. The attendant stated she would notify owner and see about a refund. As of today havent seen it.

Servicing the room
I don't know if servicing the rooms every other day is industry standard or not, but the guess should be informed of that at check-in. The room I stayed in toilet backed up and was not taking care of until the next day. Very unsanitary. I was not offered another room.

Property included breakfast but the selection and display lacked freshness, inviting presentation, selection, etc (we ended up eating somewhere else).
The staff seemed less than willing to help when ever we requested help (extra pillows help with key card etc)
Wyndham will most likely not be in our top five choices next time we need a place to stay.

Property was comfortable, free snacks fro breakfast and the staff was super friendly. The down side was that our room had a bad cigarette smell and our bedsheets had even burnt holes on them. We call for housekeeping the next day of staying and they told us they offer the service the 3rd day of staying there. We stayed 3 days/2 nights.

Hotel smelled like skunk on the hallways, room smelled musty. Only given three towels for 4 people and front desk questioned it. When needing new towels was told by front desk to take dirty towels to housekeeping and they would exchange. Beds very uncomfortable- spring poking husband in the back. Breakfast was extremely limited and very haphazard. Husband pulled out moldy bread. Needs a major update of rooms and bathrooms. Very small rooms.

Booked 2 rooms, had car issues and needed to cancel due to needing to stop at closest rental station. Was over 4 hours away, called to get a refund or partial refund due to just booking the room not even 15 mins prior and was told no due to cancellation policy. Which I completely understand but there should be some type of understanding when it comes to unknown situations happening with proof. So I wasted money on 2 rooms and still had to book another hotel and wait until the next morning to get a new rental.

This is not a paid review like the 5 star reviews you read; this is the honest truth.
I arrived early to Georgia due to a fast flight. The girl at the hotel told me If I wanted to check in 2 hours early she needed money in cash. I drove around and came back. When I arrived the lady there was nasty and rude. She stated her Wifi was down and she could not check me in. I paid through expedia, so I could not get a refund. She told me to stop asking question shut up and sit down. She stated, that i paid expedia and not them so they didn't have to treat me like a guest. I finally got my room and it smelt like pure mold. I asked to change rooms and they did. The next room was no better but it smelled less infested with mold.
The room: Dirty, moldy, with dirty linens and towels and pubic hairs all over the place.
The pool: It is an ice bath and it is dirty. I asked why didn't they have it heated and they stated that they could but it cost money and that the guest did not deserve it.That it was a lot of money to maintain. I told them then they should advertise as such on the website. Not show a fake picture of clean and pristine pool. They should not advertise as pool family friendly with breakfast included.
Breakfast: Old cornflakes and dirty coffee. There was 4 old moldy tangerines.
Gym: Non existent.
Parking: Free
Housekeeping: Came once in 4 days.
Families: STAY AWAY!!!!! every family that was here was highly upset and stated this was the worst place every.

I stayed at this specific location for a while due to personal reasons. The staff literally always had an attitude, don’t you dare have a complaint or ask for something because they will make it seem like you are in the wrong . The youngest female employee refused to even give a new cover for the room at one point because it wasn’t 11am. At another point the refrigerator started to smell awful even after I cleaned it myself and refused to fix the issue, instead Kim the manager insisted it was the clothes I had in my room. Which was very insulting seeing I kept the room clean myself ! I asked for new sheets and the older gentleman there told me no & after I went off he gave me new one but they had stains on them. Which was something that happened often. All in all my experience was unpleasant and I was treated poorly for a pregnant paying guest. The prices were the cheapest at the time but if I could have found somewhere for the same prices or less I would have left sooner because the staff are very rude.
