Hard beds
Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Ample parking. However, the bed, was rock hard and not comfortable at all. I like a firm bed but this was not firm it was hard. When paying over $300/night, having a comfortable bed should not be an issue. There is no excuse for using cheap beds. Our friends in a different room also had a rock hard bed. Second night we called front desk for an extra blanket but they were unable to provide it. Odd for a hotel to run out of blankets. We probably won’t stay again if we come back to New West.

For an "upscale" property, this had few ammenties, a lack of the little things that make folks feel welcome with co viences, ie, coming up the parking elevator, you're met with junk in the hall, no charging stations next to the beds, clock was located on the tv stand so the light shines right in your face all night so no red light option to dim that down. Night staff was unhelpful in all regards. Morning staff were fantastic.

This was my first stay at the Inn and it won’t be my last. The staff were really nice and the room was great. The hotel is much nicer from the inside than it is from the outside, but don’t let this deter you. Our room was spotless and well appointed. We had a river view and our room was quiet and a good size. Parking was right outside the hotel front door and the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. I will definitely stay at the Inn again!
