Clean, comfortable, reasonably $ & good breakfast!
Nice and quiet. Mandy checked us in and she was super nice. Shower was great with good pressure and hot water! Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a surprise, scrambled eggs and bacon and fresh waffles, and a 24 hour open coffee specialty maker with Monte and cappuccinos, etc., nice dining space. Would definitely go there again!

The hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was a little disappointing--coffee was very weak but there is a machine that can dispense espressos and cappuccinos so others may like that. Our room had the optional adjoining door through which we could hear everything the people in that room were saying

This was a great hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms were a little worn down. Ww arrived at 4 pm and our room was not ready. Apparently a cleaning staff called off and they were short staffed. Waited about an hour for room, but cleaning lady was SUPER nice and helpful!

The room was great, clean and new. However, the bathroom needed a lot of work. Dirt in the corners, rust in the tub, ceiling painted two different colors, dirt in the vent that got on the towels. The linens could have use some bleach to get rid of the stains that were on both the sheets and the towels.

I booked my room thru expedia. When I went to check in I was told that the room wasn’t available because they’re sold out. I asked the check in person Ember if the room was comparable and she said she doesn’t know because she hasn’t seen the rooms then rolled her eyes. I was tired so I said whatever ok. I went upstairs and as I opened the door I was hit with a gross musty smell. I would’ve just dealt with it until I walked into the bathroom to see a tub that was filthy with clumps of what looked like bubbly peroxide and what appeared to be blood all over it. I took a picture and I grabbed my things and went and told her that I needed another room and showed her the picture of the tub She said there wasn’t any more king rooms available. I asked what she did have available and if I could see it. This girl was so rude. I asked her if she would shower in a shower that looked like this and she said unlike me she can afford an Airbnb so she wouldn’t have to. I was shocked and asked her for a refund and she refused and told me to call her manager tomorrow and rolled her eyes. Ember needs to be fired and this hotel needs to be shut down
