I’ve stayed in this hotel
Many times before, but this one was a terrible one. Nobody answered my emails and phone calls regarding an early check in, despite I’ve done it well in advance, if early check in is unavailable -that’s fine, but at least I wanted to know about this possibility or at least someone answer me. Gentleman at the reception told me that’s not acceptable and he will find me a room in an hour, but he found one only in 3 hours. First room we’ve checked in was dirty, with iron-damaged sofa, dirty floors and 50% empty minibar. When we requested to move to different room, our request was accepted and new room was perfect. There was a big conference during our stay, and hotel staff were caring about this conference more than their guests, most of the restaurants were unavailable, because of this conference, and the only option was “try our pan-Asian restaurant” at the lobby - not the the best gesture. I was waiting for a cup for more than one day, and asked if it's possible to bring a vase in the room, I was waiting for more than an hour at night, I tried to call reception with in room phone and by mobile
Phone- no answer, I came down to the reception to ask for a vase and asked if it's possible to bring one. I would completely understand if it wouldn't be possible, but staff told me “of course” and I was waiting ages. Everything went wrong this time. But I wanted to say huge thank you to beach staff and valet parking staff.
