Terrible front desk
When checking in, the front desk gave us the wrong room type from what we reserved.When we went back to the front desk, the young man tried making excuses and when I showed him my Hotels reservation, he said it didn't matter. When I challenged him my previous experience at this hotel, he then threatened to cancel our reservation. We then said we would keep the room but asked for his name to file a complain. Then he finally changed us to the right room type. He was incredibly rude and should not be in customer service.
The room itself was clean enough, but the fridge was making a loud buzzing sound making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was okay.
Given the way the front desk treated us, we cancelled our rooms booked for the next football weekend.
