Beautiful hotel and quarters all around.
The hotel is at most 3-4-stars given the quality of the service they provide. Management really needs to work on training their staff. Food and service is a problem. They have adequate amount of staff, but the staff is poorly trained and cant properly attend to the guests
Restaurants take a long time to get the food. Also to get into the restaurants that are half empty, they make you wait on the "list" for 30-45 minutes for no apparent reason.
Once you get your waiter, they dont come back to check in to see if you need anything else, theres almost never a follow up
We celebrated 2 special occasions there...that being said we were eligible for a room upgrade, neither of the events were addressed at the hotel.
The staff is pleasant and smiles, will yes you to death, but hardly anything gets done to make you feel welcome or special
Shows are mediocre at best
Kids club suppose to be open until 10, but closes at 9 daily. The sign also states 10
They really need to fine tune their service, especially at the smoothie bar; that bartender there is hardly busy, but he sure took his time to facetime instead of helping us out, especially when there was No ONE THERE!!!
His unwelcoming demeanor made you reluctant to ask for anyting...
Room service was good and prompt
Not once did concierge have our rooms decorated for our two events, given our "VIP" perks, i dont think any of that was noted or taken into consideration
