La camera è affittata per tutto l’anno ma si sono dimenticati di avvisare Expedia della non disponibilità. Siamo arrivati sul posto e si sono giustificati dicendo che c’era stato un errore, quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione. Ovviamente non avrò mai il rimborso di quanto pagato. Ritengo comunque Expedia parzialmente responsabile di quanto accaduto poiché non è possibile richiedere il rimborso se non 24 ore prima. Questo però è un caso anomalo e come tale andrebbe trattato
