Great stay in Ketchikan
Fron desk staff was excellent, I arrived early and he gave me a fishing rod, tackle box and map to a nearby lake it was full of fish. Had a great time. Hotel room was clean and had a patio with ocean view.

Clean, but rooms are small especially for what they charge. Only doubles and twin options. My room didn't have a tv that worked and I still paid full price. I normally wouldn’t mind but was traveling with my child. Staff was super friendly.

I broke my ankle before the trip but went anyway because surgery wasn't until we were back home. They were great about getting me extra pillows to prop my leg while I slept. Amazing place with amazing people
We had to make a last minute reservation in order to catch up with a cruise we missed due to flight delays. The transportation was amazing and staff was very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early and get some much needed sleep.
