Great stay in Ketchikan
Fron desk staff was excellent, I arrived early and he gave me a fishing rod, tackle box and map to a nearby lake it was full of fish. Had a great time. Hotel room was clean and had a patio with ocean view.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds slept great. They were awesome with the shuttle service. I broke my ankle before the trip but went anyway because surgery wasn't until we were back home. They were great about getting me extra pillows to prop my leg while I slept. The Staff was wonderful! friendly and extra helpful with my limitations. I would recommend them every time!!!!

My room was not ready upon arrival which was a full hour past check-in time. I was given a smaller room and "promised" to have the refund added to the invoice. Smells of marijuana were very strong around the property. Upon check-out, no staff present and had to use the drop box for keys and was unable to confirm the change of room pricing.
