I truly enjoy the whole atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness and a great attitude from the whole stuff. I tip handsomely every worker I interact and even leaved a tip to the housekeeper. My plane has a delay an I tried several times to contact the property to let them know I will arrive late, but their reservations' department asked me for their confirmation code. They did not take Hotel's itinerary number or my name. Fortunately, my stay was totally paid and I can get a room upon my arrival at 3 am.

The accommodations are consistently spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I especially appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during my travels. The hotel is perfectly situated with one of the best locations in the city, allowing easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. I highly recommend the Sevilla Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I can’t wait for my next stay!

Nice location, poor service!
The four elevators in the lobby look very nice, but they are not very efficient and super slow. Most of the time I had to wait between 15-20 min to be able to go to the Lobby floor. Hotel maids start knocking the doors around 8:30 am, and in my case they did not cleaned my room the second day. Badroom smells bad.
