Front desk staff were good. Concierge staff not there the majority of time and not very helpful when they finally were there. Bar very understaffed and therefore service very slow. I’ve stayed all over the world and I was underwhelmed.

This hotel does not live up to a 5* status. The staff are very helpful and nice, but everything else is not. Instead of putting a hold on my credit card for deposit I was actually charged for the amount upfront and then refunded - not great when you have an overseas card, and not something I have previously encountered. The explanation was poor. The bar wasn't open during the day, and the restaurant only offers a buffet - there is nowhere for casual snacks or light meals.

The hotel was very well located on the main street downtown and walking distance to the shopping area and lots of cafes and restaurants. Stayed from the 18:8:24 until the 20:8:24 had a very late checkin the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. On the 19:8:24 went down for breakfast and lunch at the fire water grill again the staff there very friendly and both breakfast and lunch menu was amazing.
