You get what you pay for. A less expensive hotel with less expensive amenities. No elevator to the second floor made carrying luggage up somewhat difficult. Will not stay here again.

Everything was spotless in our room and the breakfast staff were very efficient to reload food when it was near empty. The front desk staff were very kind. We found a couple things that were not in working order in our room but we made sure to mention it to the front desk so they can tell maintenance. All in all, remember to tell staff if something is broken in your room because they dont sleep in there and use things.

No elevator
I didn't realize that the hotel did not have an elevator, I have mobility issues and can not do stairs. The deskclerk did some checking and found us a room on the first floor. It was very much appreciated

The carpet was dirty, no soap for he shower. The bed was very comfortable. Just a place to sleep and nothing more. Many people in the lobby complaining to staff about rooms.

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, and many options. The staff was courteous. But we had to ask for a different room as the first room was very obviously smoked in. The second room the deadbolt didn't work, the bathroom lock didn't work, neither did the tub drain unless you held the drain plug open. We had checked in on Expedia for 5 people in one room, and they accepted it. But when we arrived, they had no cot for us. The 5th person ended up on the floor with the spare pillows and a duvet. Facecloths were in short supply as well.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Carpet in the rooms were disgusting but.. redemption, a hotel rep was there sizing up the flooring job to replace all the grungy carpet so whenever that's done then a person shouldn't have had many complaints given the price.
