Fabulous stay for a family of 4, the hotel is ideally located and has all the facilities that we needed. The breakfast was included and was delicious with plenty of choice. The room was large for a family of 4 and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the river. I would highly recommend this hotel

Centrum close hotel, need and upgrade
Sadly we got a room with half windows, so there was just a small window high up and no view at all. And our room was right next to the cleaning staff office, so it was noicy. Not possible to get relaxed or feel comfortable. Very few parking spots at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff at the reception was very service minded and friendly.

Very overcrowded, understaffed and all around poorly maintained. We were checked in late(4pm) after arriving early and spending the day out. Breakfast was poor and overcrowded. Room was never cleaned despite us asking for it. Very bad service levels - after paying 400 euros a night for a basic room.

So disappointed to end a super trip to Lapland here. Swimming pool was so cold we couldn’t enjoy it. Room didn’t look like any of the pictures!! Tired hotel with frustrating lifts. No kettle or facility in room, minibar warm, tv didn’t work nor comms in room. Felt completely ripped off partying £320 for one night.

My family arrived at the hotel around 1pm. I asked if possible to check in earlier. I was told the room was not ready. We waited patiently and I went back to the reception to check whether the room might be ready around 2:45pm. The receptionist first said she was not supposed to answer my question as the standard checkin time was 3pm. When I insisted she checked again, she questioned my nationality. I requested to talk to a manager and complained about my experience. The manager said it was their standard procedure to ask about my nationality before checking the room availability. We finally checked in at 3:20pm. The first thing my son found near his bad was a pair of used underwear. The room is tiny. There is nothing except for 3 single beds. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel in the future. The hotel staff do not respect the guests and there is 0 service. You definitely don’t want to see other people’s underwear in the room. Our family vacation in Finland was still a memorable one except for the terrible experience at this hotel.
