It was a great choice. The only disappointment was the food at the Cafe de Sol. We went to the hockey game and this was the perfect place to stay.

Very easy check-in and friendly staff. Upgraded to the Tahoe Suite and the views were amazing! Close to casinos and Heavenly shopping area, so lots to do and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.

The hotel is very dated. We were one of the rooms at the end of the hall so the shower was like warm at best when we needed to use it we were told to run it for ten minutes before showering this seems unacceptable for a hotel stay other than that location is great the pool and hottub were great but old room and cold shower made me decide I probably would not stay there again.

It was lovely, the gentleman who checked us in was super funny and nice. The walking distance to the Tahoe Blue Events Center was quick and easy. I wish I got to enjoy everything this building brought like the escape room and such. The hotel room and floor did have a distinct cigarette smell but that didn't bother me because I smoke as well.

Every room is a smoking room, whether you like it or not. The rooms are nice, but they smell of smoke from the moment you get off the elevator and into your room. The staff at the front desk was amateur at best.

Horrible and rude customer service from registration. The only hospitable person was the elderly bellman. The youmger employees acted rude, like they don't know what basic hospitality is. They put me in a dirty room when I checked in, and it took four calls to the front desk for them to fix it amd put me in a new clean room.

I came down for a cheer competition, and the service is incredibly slow- more than a hour wait to check in because only two people work the desk. Waited forever to check in, get to the room, and there a dead fly on the sink, soiled linen, and soiled bath towels… literally used towels inside of the shower at 7pm check in. Took another hour or so for fresh linen and towels. Room was never serviced even when requested (there two nights). Very limited food options inside of the hotel. Stay elsewhere.
