When we checked in we were given a room for which the bathroom commode looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. We were switched to another room and the toilet flapper wasn't working properly. This property has gone down hill in the last couple of years.

The hotel's breakfast was not that great. The water for the bathtub did not have any cold water at all. It was either hot or scalding.

There was a horrible smell on the thrird floor near the ice machine. There was a few old air conditioners setting in the hall there. I believe that they was causing the odor. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and cool.

Friendly staff but needs a good cleaning/update
Stayed for a basketball tourney so thankfully the room did not need to be used much. The comforter had cigarette burns in them, the pull out sofa was not usable due to it being stained so badly. Stains all in the floors. The staff was nice, just needs a lot of updating/cleaning.

It was absolutely horruble the lady at fesk was cursing the customers when they walked away and telling us all kinds of bad things and a man had fied there that morning he was left with door open and it was just thr worst thing ever made my whole week terrible
