Run down and rude.
Floors were so dirty our feet were black! Bathtub was old and gross, staff was not friendly at all. Checked out and sat at the pool (the only nice thing) to plan our 5 hour trip home and they came and kicked us out for loitering.

You get what you pay for. We chose a non smoking room because we knew from a previous stay the non smoking rooms are a lot nicer, Even if your a smoker just step outside the door. It’s quite & we had no issues. This was our 3rd stay. We live 5hrs away and just need a place to sleep after we go to Cedar Point.

I have stayed here a couple times first rooms we had where great. The last room i had from last trup was horrible all tile very small smelled like smoke no available outlets in room to charge phones felt like it was a room they would house an under paid employee in.

Room was wide open when we arrived. It smelled like smoke and was dirty and there was bed bugs, and the deadbolt didn’t work. Checked out within 5 minutes of checkin. Clerk was rude about the condition of the room and refused to offer a refund. There was a gang with visible weapons on one of the balcony’s. Avoid this pace at all costs!!!
