Perfect location.
There’s not a better location in Halifax for a weekend stay. It’s clean, comfortable, well-run and right in the heart of the city. It’s close to the waterfront, the casino if that’s your thing, and some great bars and restaurants.

It was supposed to be a family relaxation experience we looking forward for the pool and sauna. To our dissapointment, the sauna wasn’t working and the water was freezing cold. We even bought swimwears at the mall. And we also missed the info that it has no free parking, for a family of 5 it was inconvenient.

Parking for oversized vehicles needs sooner notice
Customer service was excellent. We cancelled another reservation over this one, to accommodate our morning schedule; Parking was very inconvenient, time consuming and a very long distance to carry heavy luggage. We did receive a email a few hours before check-in but notice upon booking would have been beneficial to accommodate for extra time and make a make a more informed booking. No water available in the hotel. Had to buy juice late in the evening. Restaurant was late opening in the morning, also affecting our morning timeline.
