Disgusting Hotel
My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and there was a pervasive, horrible smell throughout. I had to change rooms six times, but each one had the same issues—either a foul odor or unclean conditions. The water even ran brown, which was very concerning. When I raised these issues with the manager, Jose, he was dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the problem. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping available after 4 pm. Overall, I am very unhappy with my stay and will not be returning.

Good people not so good hotel
The property was ok staff was very kind so my review is not at all a reflection of them. Every interaction with staff was good. However, the property has very thin walls and you can hear ALL and I do mean ALL the noise your neighbors make…including that nighttime energy noise. Was super annoyed that I woken up multiple times by the neighbors due to the thin walls. They were also o books water spots on the ceilings cracks in the paint and fixtures in the room and the third night I had both internet and tv issues.

The Sonder is a great spot with the absolute perfect location. While small the only complaints I have are there were no dish rags, hand soap, and kitchen utensils were a bit sparse for being “fully stocked “. We would absolutely stay again but if you plan on an extended stay pack extra.

Stayed here several times but they no longer have anywhere to store luggage which is a huge problem if you have a late flight out. Originally they had lockers and then an office where you could leave bags but now, nothing.

Thé apartment was lovely and I enjoyed the area. However I was there for 2 nights and on the second night my lock pad stopped working. I would put in the code and it would just go off before I finished putting the code in. I tried to get in contact with someone, they said they’d Call me back and didn’t. I ended up having to call again and was put on hold for quite some time. They told me to put in a code that wasn’t my original access code because that’s what they had on file. I ended up being outside the apartment for 2 hours in the middle of the night before it finally started working again. Smh terrible way to end things.

The air conditioning didn't work in the first unit. I told them almost immediately. They said they'd send someone to fix it. They also had me reset it on the fuse box. The next day 2 different men showed up unannounced at 2 different times to work on it. In the 3rd day I was able to move into another unit at noon. So for 2 days I was stuck in 100 heat outside without any AC. They gave me a credit of $80...which isn't even the price of one night.

Easy, painless check in and check out. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Clean as a whistle, every amenity and appliance was in working order, huge closet space and drawers for unpacking, perfect access to main roads and daily needs (food, groceries). Repeat customer— I’ve stayed at their incredible property in Philadelphia. Sonder doesn’t miss.. if Sonder is available, zero percent chance I’m booking anywhere else.

This location is just minutes walking distance from a food court, music venue, multiple buses and 2 train lines. The sonder is located in like a warehouse building so it's lots of space. I barely saw anyone else there and the apartment was huge. My cons were the floor isn't leveled so there's multiple changes for you to trip and the "warehouse" noises since the door it's in is attached to the bedroom.

I almost want to gate keep this place because I can’t believe how great it was, ESPECIALLY for the price! They made everything so easy. The room was amazing to say the least! I’m still waiting for the catch, this place was fantastic. I loved not having to check-in at a desk and being able to go straight to my ginormous, beautiful, spotless room. King bed, washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, amazing view, chrome cast tv, big closet, huge mirrors, great lighting, beautiful decorations, just 1000/10 all around. I would’ve liked more blankets but that’s the only negative thing I have to say and really that’s just saying the AC worked great. Exceeded my expectations, thank you!!
