We loved staying at this hotel in Osaka. Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was modern and clean. The location itself is great with it being close to the train stations, along with plenty of shops and food stalls nearby. Astil Juso Precious was great even though the train/subway lines are a little confusing. We liked the modern room style and that the sink was separate from the bathroom. One thing that could improve the room would be a place to hang your towels - there are no towel bars or hooks. One issue for us is that the laundry washer did not seem to have enough detergent - and it doesn't indicate that you need to add your own. Our clothes did not smell clean - we asked the staff if we were supposed to add detergent and they said no and that it was "okay". So we went out and bought fabric spray and sprayed our clothes in the dryer and after we took them out of the dryer. Overall we had a happy 3 night stay here. We highly recommend Yakitori Kicchou Izakaya across the street.

The hotel has a lovely modern feel. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but manageable. On-site laundry is convenient, but the dryers take forever to dry clothes, about 3 hours per load. Train station nearby and many affordable restaurants are nearby.
