Comfortable Convenience
We stayed the night we arrived in Crete and the night before we left Crete. It was a very comfortable hotel and very convenient to the airport and port. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We obviously stayed there due to location but it was of a quality where if all hotels along our travels through Crete were like this, we would have been very satisfied

It was ok. Super loud as its quite close to the airport. In general though, quite clean, breakfast was good and staff were great. Hotel information on hotels.com is incorrect. Checkin is 24hours and no covid test required.

I needed a room for one night near the airport in Heraklion, and this small hotel provided that. It was within walking distance to the Europcar car rental (15 minutes), where I went the next morning to pick up the rental car. The area was very safe, very close to a grocery store, and easily walkable. The only negative about the hotel is that it is extremely noisy because of the planes flying overhead, but that seems to be a problem in many parts of Heraklion and even at the beach resorts east of Heraklion.

I usually do not right reviews, however this hotel was exceptional for service and checking us in at 2:00 a.m. George was at the desk in the morning and I missed the lads name at check in. They were both exceptional. We booked for one night due to late flight in Heraklion. They were both extremely friendly and helpful after busy day of traveling. Rooms were spotless. We booked two rooms and they gave us one room Right away thought we arrived very early before check in time and we were able to bring our luggages in and freshen up before we head out and explore Heraklion.
