A very central location, the concierge staff were incredibly helpful. We felt pampered the whole trip! We also received massages, facials and hand/foot treatments from the spa on premises. This is an old, elegant hotel that has been modernized to a high level of comfort. It is well located on Princes Street near Waverley train station. The service was outstanding, from Kelly at check in to Andrew and the entire concierge team. The spa was also excellent. I was dealing with multiple unexpected complications and wanted a hotel where I could confidently get some help while relaxing a bit. The Balmoral was perfect.
