The room was dirty carpet hadn’t been swept tub was filthy ceiling had mold and was cracked bed spread had burnt holes in it the room smelted like mold and mildew no garbage can in the room and room service didn’t even clean the clean

Had requested non smoking room. Staff was friendly. Room Was dirty, even had ash on floor of bathroom in supposed non smoking room. No other non smoking room was available and hotel owner operator stated i could receive a regund as i had to find abother accommodation. Stillworking with customer service on this.

Rooms were very dirty especially the bathroom they were filthy. The receptionist Ashley took it upon herself to come clean the bathroom scrubbing the tub etc. She also helped me to remake my bed and change the sheets. She was an Angel 😘

This property is not where it said it was. It was a big empty field. Econo lodge was 50 mins away from location. After i checked in there were roaches crawling on the bathroom wall so we left and went to a different hotel. I wish i could post a picture of the roaches on here.

He had good customer service during check in and check out However, the room had an odor- towels were dirty had not been change just flipped over to opposite side- top bedding was dirty and smell look like someone had recently been in/staying in room before I checked in- a roach was crawling on top of refrigerator and all amenities- tv clock phone were unplugged—

Absolutely Horrible!! The worst !! The front desk did not answer the phone for 5 hours!! We had to yell at the front desk for someone to check us in!! The room was infested with roaches when we first walked in!! The room smelled HORRIBLE with stains everywhere! The towels were dirty and yellow!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Very disappointing for a National chain!!
