Missing a lift.
I believe they couldnt get planning permission to install a lift, so getting my luggage up to the 4th floor was challenging. I must've missed that bit when I booked. Still, the room was cozy and well appointed, and I love a nice shower room. Very helpful receptionist. Located right in the heart of Krabi town, a nice modern transit hotel.

Excellent as usual
Stay over before early flight from Krabi the next day. Have stayed there before in 2021 and it’s as good now as it was then. Clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Great staff and an awesome location for just enjoying the markets and getting great food. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here on my way back from islands and I needed a spot close to the airport. From the outside it isn't much to look at but inside it was a quaint little hotel with very good service. The surrounding area doesn't have a lot going on but you get the feel of a small town; all kinds of people walking dogs by the river, jogging, or just out for a stroll.

Brown Hotel is a really nice place to stay, an oasis in Krabi Town. Is it close to the sights? No, but the staff are so friendly and helpful to arrange for you to go anywhere you want, the room is clean and nicely decorated so is a great private place to relax.
