Not Service Dog friendly!!!
I stayed with my service dog. The hotel would not allow my dog to accompany me to the breakfast area. She said that the owners would not allow it. I tried to explain that was against ADA but she argued with me. She also argued that one of my disabilities was NOT eligible for a service dog which is inaccurate. I also had to sign something for my service dog which I have NEVER had to do before. I felt humiliated. I'm NOT happy at all with my experience and will be filing a complaint with the ADA and Dept of Justice.

The bath tub doesn’t drain well and the staff are unprofessional,I asked for a spoon and was told that they don’t give them out at night and that is crazy because I am a paying customer. I won’t ever stay at this room again.

Good price but aging facility. You get what you pay for. Nothing walkable nesrby. Breakfast was terrible. No juice in the juice machine. No salt for the boiled eggs. That’s just for starters. Door lock loose.

Front desk was super rude. I asked for towels and wash clothes, being there was none in room. She stated that she would give the wash towels but no towels, because i like to shower more then once duribg the day , she said it was policy, she couldn't give me freah towels and refused to trade them out for the used one.

Grossest hotel i have stayed at
We got there close to 8 pm and immediately was hit with the stinch of pot and a manager named nikki that seemed as if we were a bother for her to check us in....once that was over and we were given a 2nd floor room we were told there was no elevator (no big deal) as soon as we got in the stairwell and hallway to our room the smell got so almost unbearable my husband was ready to leave....but seeing as it was so late and we had an i am game we carried on once in the room it was obvious that housekeeping isnt doing their hob as we had a half used roll of toilet paper and pee stains around our toiletthe towels were stained and yellow and there were stains on our blankets i can look past the water stains on the ceiling but come on the blankets, anyways we didnt even notice stains on my daughters bed until the morning when we also gound mold on the ice machine....i am not one usually who does reviews and i dont think ive ever left one this bad i know rooms are used by many people but when your taking so much money and not caring about the cleanliness and health of customers i have to draw a line i will never stay at another quality inn EVER
