Dirty, not well maintained, skip
This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here.

The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage emptying right on the first floor.. The street name literally translates to old fishery so you gotta be prepared in mornings to walk through the fresh fish market place right out of the building door with the corresponding smell, etc My main issue with the place was that there's a lot of heat emanating from the restaurants below (prob the ovens) so much so that the kitchen and bathroom floor are always very warm, the air conditioning works but not really well and being and interior Aparment the ventilation is not great so be prepared to be warm inside The support guys were responsive to my questions and issues however the Aparment heat is not something they could do anything about while someone is staying there. It would also be helpful if they provided written specific clear instructions on how to lock the door and operate the induction cook top as they're both particular. So overall an ok place but beware of all these items so you're not surprise and disappointed during your stay.

I so badly wanted to give this property a five star rating based on its location just off piazza Maggiore. The property was small but so well-placed to everything that it was a lovely place to rest our heads. HOWEVER- on our last day we came back to apartment to find out all our luggage has been gone through, even though our door was locked. This was very disturbing, nothing was taken, which made it even more bizarre and of course we were unable to sleep that night for fear that someone was going to enter the apartment. We addressed this with the property management and they were unable to give us an answer as to why this happened. So if you do want a great location and clean place to stay, this is it, but BEWARE!

The location is literally impossible to beat. The flat is right in the centre of Bologna, lots of places to drink and eat right outside the door. The flat is pretty clean. Towels and bed linen are provided, however shower gel/shampoo was not. The only thing that I would recommend people look out for are the additional fees - we ended up having to pay an extra 100EUR on arrival.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr klein, aber gemütlich. Die Lage ist ein Traum - mitten im Herzen von Bologna! So gut wie alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Dadurch, dass das Apartment im Hinterhaus ist, bekommt man von dem Trubel auf der Straße nichts mit. Check in und Check out haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr gerne wieder!

A fabulous location!! Communication was exceptional...Ricardo was wonderful with restaurant tips and recommendations. He was always in touch and on time and even called me a taxi and waited with me. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. I recommend highly!! I will be back!!!!
