Wonderful stay!
This was our first time staying at this hotel. Our stay was so pleasant and so amazing. We are from Texas and everyone was so helpful and spoke English and the room was so comfortable a little tiny but yet so comfortable. Our room had the Cathedral view, which was breathtaking. The shower was amazing. The staff, the valet, The servers in the restaurant were also amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll see you next year.

Lovely hotel. Grest service and comfort. Location right under the shadow of the amazing cathedral. Two great restaurants: one quite expensive but offeting a delicious degustation with wines. Small boutique hotel with a convenient location. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are small for a 10 day stay with much luggage (we are on a year long round the world trip thus four suitcases). For a couple nights with carry-ons it would be fine.

Far from a 5 stars
The only good thing about the hotel is its location, right in front of the Cathedral. The room is very dark and small, and the decor doesn't help at all. The armchair is large and takes up all the space next to the closet. If you can even call it a closet. The hotel doesn't provide water in the rooms. The sink was clogged and leaking. It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room, which looked more like the Sahara desert. And what can I say about the view of the inner courtyard, which was nothing more than a view of the rooftops? I could go on, but in short, this is not a 5-star hotel.
