The hotel and room are beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The listing said there was an elevator, but it only stops on every other floor so I still had to carry my 50lbs suitcase up and down a flight of stairs.

After check-in I noticed that the room was really dirty and when looking at the bed I could see a lot of hair on the sheets (even three different kinds), which made obvious that the bedsheets were not changed after the last guests. I asked for a new room, same problem. Do not stay at this hotel it is a mess.

Great place in a very convenient area
This is an amazing hotel. It is extremely close to a lot of things around town, especially including a metro stop that will easily take you directly to the center of town. It's within an easy walking distance to the Prater entertainment area which is definitely worth going to. At first, when I arrived, it was night time and I was kind of worried about the area but my fears ended up being unjustified as it just looks like a sketchy area and I never felt unsafe at all, even when I was walking from the hotel to the metro stop to go back to the airport at 3 am.

The room was spacious. It is a few minute walk to the train station that will take you to all of the major destinations in Vienna. The decor is dated and I can only speak to my room on the level “0”, but it smelled strongly of mildew. Price was a bit high I think for the value, but overall it suited our needs.

Must state this was one of the worst hotels. First day elevator didnt work. No support with lagguage carriage. For those handicapped, you will have to climb stairs even after elevator. Those who cant sleep due to morning light; then you should know curtains suck. Literally you awake 4am in summer For gym goers, equipment is prehistorical. For 5 nights i stayed my room wasnt cleaned nor bad was made. I had booked for another business trip in October but decided to cancel.

Not worth it. Better live in Innere Stadt.
The building was nice and well kept. However, the area was nothing particular, rather depressing. Too far away from the city center where you really would like to spend your time, when in Vienna. Hence, I highly recommend to spend more money to live in the Innere Stadt. One big minus was also that the wifi was bad.
