Nice walking trails. Beautiful lake still frozen. I'm sure it would be beautiful in the summer. Nice cabin.

We absolutely love our stay at Trillium. Right from the cozy cottage (which was set up kindly to welcome our pet) to the beautiful and well-maintained resort amenities, the food and super warm and friendly hosts - we couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be planning to visit more often. Thank you Trillium team!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and were very impressed with the facilities, grounds and staff. The only thing we found odd was the lack of a sink in the kitchen area of our cabin.

Awesome tranquil resort. Small with not many people. If you want peace and quiet and lots of activities to do this is the place for you. The lake is beautiful and private. Food was ok. Nothing special. One day our servers in the dining room were not on the ball. Service was just not there. My wife wanted a spa and phoned and left a message but no return call. Another couple told us there spa was cancelled the day of after they had booked it ahead on line. The need to work on that for sure if they are advertising a spa. Cabins are well appointed and tidy. We stayed in the Stillwater cabin. All in all was a great place to relax and we will return again.

Charming stay.
Beautiful quiet location with nice amenities and charm. Was worried about the tight check in window of 3-5 pm. When they didn’t answer their phone I was worried about being stuck but showed up and it worked out great. Restaurant atmosphere, service and food was a pleasure.

The rustic look of the chalets is quite pleasing. You feel like your in a lodge from the past.

Did Not Meet Expectations
We feel we were misled by the Trillium Resort & Spa’s online description and were disappointed to see how rundown it was. Our “cabin” was not a separate building but was half of a duplex and the lack of air conditioning made it almost unbearable in the hot humid weather we experienced. The site itself did not accommodate anyone with mobility issues, e.g. the “walking trails” were unmaintained and dangerously unsafe to hike, and access to the unheated pool was via stairs which led to a grassy slope. All in all, Trillium Resort was certainly not worth in excess of $300 dollars a night.
