Motel six charged in their mistake about $800 for a couple weeks staying fee to my debit card, despite I register pay at the front desk when check in. As a result, they charge double $1,600 including we paid in cash at the front desk in all!! They refunded in same day they charged. And I had to wait for three weeks to be refined it into my bank account!! How they could double charge even a mistake so much amount of dollars.

Worse than a horror movie!
The lady at the desk for check in and out was amazing and super sweet. However, during my stay my dead bolt wouldn’t lock(broken), the door had a huge hole in it which was poorly patched with woodgrain parchment paper over it. The thing that the door folds over so it would only open a little bit The screws were out halfway of it so that was not even secure. During the evening and night you would hear screams yells people, getting beat up in the halls/rooms and what sounded like people literally getting their last blow across the hall is not a good feeling when staying somewhere. The halls reeked of marijuana which I have had a headache since leaving. The walls, sink, toilet, bathtub/shower had several holes and chips throughout overall I would definitely not recommend staying here unless you enjoy listening to screams and horrific sounds of people getting hurt and you wanna be scared for your life. I did at one point try to contact the front desk of The altercations that have been going on and no one answered the phone. I was literally scared out of my mind and did not sleep well at all.

Don’t go unless you’re really desperate
Bugs everywhere, blood on walls, snot on bathroom wall, most uncomfortable bed ever, drunk and high transients everywhere, homeless people sleep in lobby, dogs allowed to bark for 2 hours, stair railing ready to kill someone because It’s detached.

Stay far away
We got checked in, went to our room after driving 11 hours and went right back to the front desk to get a refund. We walked into the room and there were roaches crawling all over the walls and sink, and the beds were not even made. This is definitely NOT acceptable. We spent the night in our car till we could get another hotel in the morning.
