Directly opposite construction site . Unsafe area at part dieu. Room clearly in need for a refurbishment.
Your air conditioning does not work , and it’s boiling hot even in May .
Only good point is it’s right outside the train station .
And a $100 euro deposit is demanded upon arrival !!

Clean hotel with a great breakfast.
A little bit far away from City center but there is no problem with a taxi.
Good team at reception and also at housekeeping👏👏👏

Convenient location near Gare Part Dieu
Nice, spacious room. The AC did not cool to the temperature I set and construction work started around 10AM. The work was too loud to sleep. I understand 10AM is not early, but it did affect my stay.

Convenient to Part Dieu station and the shopping centre across from it. The room was a good size for 4, but the shower was never hot, only at best like warm. Having the executive room was very useful as the minibar was replenished daily (and to a better standard than the Novotel in Paris 14). Overall, a good base to explore Lyon, Annecy and beyond.

Not a great value for the room
Walking distance from Train station but seems like an older Novotel. Tiny rooms, small TV, Not a great value for the room

I cannot see neon light of the hotel's name from the station. The train station area is under renovation and the hotel is attached to vacant and apparently ruined buildings. Thus, out-side view of the hotel is not good. But, inside the hotel, everything is new and nice, no problem at all. The hotel staff was slow and not so good at check-out.

Great location. Close to train station and metro. Staff very friendly. Room was big but very basic. Only one bottle of water in fridge. Overall great place to stay if you take the train to Lyon

Definitely the worst Novotel we have ever stayed in. Amenities such as toothbrush was not provided, and when we asked for them from the reception, we were told they had ran out so we have to buy our own from the nearby supermarket. (A big hotel running out of toothbrushes? And did not even offer to pay for our purchase!) Service from staff were subpar and unfriendly. Would not stay again.

The area is under construction and the least the hotel could have done is clearly state the fact. Extremely frustrating in finding hotel because of closed roads and finding parking. Misled on purpose when specific valuable information is kept from customer

Excellent location right from the train station. Many bus, tram and subway station near by. Europe ‘s largest shopping malls front of the hotel. Walk to les halles Paul bocus for lunch. Highly recommend.
