Not worth the money
The first room was 4 doors from the lobby entrance and had a toilet that didn't flush, so we had to change rooms. I asked for a room that was in a quieter location, so he moved us right up next to the lobby entrance, but at least the toilet worked.
He didn't provide the wifi code, so i called the front desk to get it, but there was no answer. I called 4 times with no answer, so i got dressed and walked in the fridged weather to get the code. He had a line so I asked him to call when he got through the line. Forty five minutes later I called again with no answer, so again through the weather in my pjs to the front desk. His excuse was that he can't call out on their phones, which i find hard to believe. If so, why didn't he answer the phone or take the trip in the weather himself?
