Poor service
We booked our stay through your site but was informed by the hotel on the morning before our departure to the hotel that they were full. I phoned your company on the day and I am still waiting for a response. Poor service all round. Will most definitely not recommend your site or the hotel.

First night after lockdown - still great.
We stayed on the first night after reopening for local tourist. One could see the place was closed for a few months, yet the experience, staff attitude and service was great. We booked the largest suite, but did get this. Apparently there were 3 bookings for that room. Little disappointing but the room we got was also great. We will return.
