Never again
Posada de Luna would not honor the confirmed reservation. I was charged double. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The pool was so dirty with algae, could not swim in it. The room was not clean. There is no view worth having and the room was not ample, especially for the price. The staff, besides, the supervisor, was excellent and very attentive and the food was very good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived and told that Posada de Luna was no longer in operation, and the new hotel with an almost identical name was operating at the same site. The new hotel wouldn't honour our bookings, and wanted to charge twice as much for the same room. Asked for Hotels.com to delist the property, but a week later it's still here.

Al llegar no tenían información de mi reservación, me dicen que cambió de dueño, que los nuevos dueños han remodelado y reacondicionado el lugar por lo que las tarifas son otras, así que mi tarifa no fue respetada, pasé 2 noches en el lugar y a la mañana siguiente ambos días no contabamos con agua caliente hasta despúes de quejarme, la habitación era muy sencilla y la regadera del baño estaba rota y no la reemplazaron. Salvo el pan que servían en el desayuno, el desayuno incluido no tiene nada especial.

si quiero comentar que yo reserve en hotelescom y en Posada de luna me comentaron que tenían problemas con la pagina de hotelescom y también hicieron cambio de administración por lo que no me respetaron el precio ni la reservación y termine pagando entre 300 y 400 pesos mas, no es mucho pero uno pierde la confianza de volver a reservar así.

Estuvo bien, la atencion y servicio increíble. Súper bien ubicado para la zona centro. Sin embargo, la habitación no es para nada la que anuncian en la página, nos dieron una de abajo muy bien equipada pero parecía la del conserje junto a la alberca. Además no nos avisaron que la alberca no estaba funcionando hasta que pagamos.
