Great Christmas break.
We had a wonderful stay in residential part of hotel across road. Room was huge and lush. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Hotel is great and very festive for Christmas. A great buzz in evening and very comfortable.

Nice place. Shower was really bad. I couldn’t fit under it and the window in the bathroom seemed to be falling apart

Pretty Average
The elevator was not working the entire time breakfast was poor and i would not recommend. Location was a little out of the city. I would not call this Hotel a boutique hotel by any stretch.

Lovely hotel, friendly professional, helpful staff.
Great breakfast, continually refreshed.
We stayed across road in a huge room which had a large bathroom and felt very private and quiet.
Hotel on hop-on/off bus route. Walkable to botanic gardens and city centre if you take it as a pub crawl.
We had a great time.
