The stay itself was wonderful, but we spent 2 hours of our delayed train ride in trying to register online and at least on safari and google on iPhones it would never prompt for putting in credit card info, even though it ask us to authorize payment and we did. But still registration was not complete because of lack of payment. We tried calling ahead and only got the corporate line and even though the website said it was staffed until 10 pm , no one answered at 9:15 or 9:30 pm. We were worried we would not be able to access our room. Of course, once we arrived at 10:30 pm, the counter staff was still there and said they are staffed 24 hours but that info was no where available on the website that we could find. When we finally switched to a MacBook, we were able to complete registration of one of 2 rooms, but it still provided no info on room access. We spent a couple of worried hours not knowing if we would be able to access our room. So that was immensely disappointing. But, since there was kind and helpful staff still at the front desk when we arrived, we not only got in but thoroughly enjoyed our room. Thank you!
