This booking was for an overnight stay near Naples train station - fortunately it was not for any longer. First of all the area around the hotel is very sketchy - the hotel is not manned at night, and is part of an office building. You have to use a pin code to enter the lobby while trying to stop the dodgy characters following you into the building. The hotel is protected by a door that could have been installed in Fort Knox - I wonder why? The hotel room itself was in poor condition and needed a makeover. Would not recommend.

Less than 5 minutes to get into Napoli Central train station and easy walking to many things 15-20 minutes away in all directions. Tons of taxis available at the station with many food and shopping choices. Only complaint was that the shower doesn’t have any shelves or places to put soaps and shampoo. Overall, a very nice property, and I would stay again. WiFi could be a little sluggish but the smart TV was a good size and allows you to sign into your streaming accounts.

A mere few minutes walk away from Napoli Centrale (although the area around the property feels a little sketchy) but overall, super convenient. Met up with the property owner outside the door after a WhatsApp call (had to tell him our approximate arrival time ahead of time) and he walked us through the keys and showed us the room we were staying in. The room was overall great. Super modern design with fancy light functions and an all-black decor. No issues with water or electricity. Knocked off a star because of a lingering marijuana smell in the towels and bedsheets.

Where do I begin, location was convenient for all activities right to the end even to the train station across the street. The staff was so friendly and beyond helpful even in helping get our lost luggage from the airport. You will start as a client and leave as family. Very convenient for the station and the room was great. Really helpful and friendly staff who went the extra mile. Like previous reviews I agree the area around the hotel entrance wasn’t nice but it was so easy to find and nice when you were in it didn’t matter. The property is excellent in all aspect of its quality in service and cleanliness, plus it is literally in piazza San Giovani and central train station which is convenient for travelers and tourists who likes to be in the city. The station for the hop on hop of buses is just a few minutes walk too. But the only draw back are the people that hang around the train station all day and almost half the night. By day there are police officers patrolling the surrounding streets so it is quite safe.
