Not a Second Time
Lobby & front desk worker were pleasant; don't be misled, that's where the niceties stop. Dirty, aged hotel in need of updating. First room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, alternative room provided upon request. Second room was a little musty, but bearable. Lots of road noise, filthy carpet (no bare feet); beds were comfortable.

Not happy
I knew it wasn’t going to be excellent because it was cheap deal but I did expect maybe little courtesy for cleaning room for three night stay and apologize for the false fire alarm at 4am. My children were so scared and begged me not to stay Saturday night so we checked out Saturday morning 10:15, I did ask if I could get refund but they called me left message that their manager said no. I wouldn’t recommend for families, my children didn’t feel comfortable or safe.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean and the front desk lady was nice and professional, my only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 4:30am in my room scared me out of my sleep and also the fact that you're deposit isn't refunded for 3-5 business which I didn't know until after my stay

Awful alot of creepers
My daughter and i stayed here for the VOA Country Music Fest and i will never stay again. Didnt feel safe. The side door didnt lock at night for safety. All the guys were stairing at us we creeped out. Then there was a half naked guy just standing in our hallway we ran in the room and locked the door. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Travers nightmare
The stay was horrible. Extremely thin walls, as thin that as I sat on my bed you could literally hear the next room going to the bathroom and I don’t mean the toilet flushing, I’m saying you could hear them going pee. It sounded like you were in their bathroom. Loud air conditioner and didn’t keep temps regulated one minute you would be freezing the next you were sweating. In the halls and elevator felt like had no air conditioning they were hot and smelly.
