On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were impeccably clean, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the extra bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and after just one night, I woke up with serious back pain. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

stayed three nights at this hotel very nice. The bed was wonderful. We slept very well after being on a long flight. The breakfast were tremendous lots of variety. If we came to Lisbon again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Some people may think that the rooms are been dated, but they’re very clean, and the service staff is excellent
