Never again.
Possibly one of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. The whole facility needs a major update. My room had no TP until I went to get it. The smoke detector was missing and the wires hanging from the ceiling. The bed was barely more than a pull but trundle bed. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. And there was just a general feeling of unsafeness. The side door that required the door key for entry was broken. Anyone could walk in without the office knowing. There was a gerneral stench of cigarette and Marijuana in the halls.

Last resort place to stay, if there is NOTHING ELS
Second day there, the water went out in Shower and toilet. Sat for 5 hrs waiting for them to turn the water back on, before they even offered me. Another room to move into. Front counter clerk was HORRIBLE. No communication skills, what so ever. And then she got mad when i asked to be move to another room. Had to call the district manager to even get moved. But he did refund my money for one night for what i went thru. 🙄. Wont stay THERE again.

Short stay, but satisfied
When I arrived well after 10pm, I had to sit in my rental for at least a half hour until someone showed up to the front desk. The hotel was very quiet which was a plus. There was one desk clerk that went out of his way to help me with my umbrella. Another desk clerk went out of her way to find me an umbrella until I purchased one. I was there for a 4 day conference, the location was perfect. Also saved money bcuz I had a full fridge, microwave and stove. I’m a travel nurse so I will definitely keep them in mind if I am ever in the Louisville area.

Dirty and unkempt beyond belief. If it wasn't Christmas and everything was booked up I would have left. The bathtub overflow drain was hanging out with the screws just discarded to the floor with another random screw sticking up out of the drain. The bathtub also had weird stains on it. I don't know if someone had diarrhea or projectile vomiting because there was a weird brown stain across the curtains as well as a hard chunk of who knows what on the floor that I couldn't scrub with the wipes I brought. Pillows looked old and worn and there was dog poop everywhere outside because no one cleaned up after their dog.

Staff and service were excellent. My stay lasted a week and was exactly what was expected. Everything you need is conveniently located nearby. Staff was stretched a little thin but their cheerful attitudes more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

The elevator was out of order. Luckily my room was on the first floor. The atmosphere was okay but not what it should have been especially where the location of the hotel is. The room was nice and big. Little more cleanliness for the price.

Hotel was clean enough and comfortable. The elevator was broken. Confirmed a late check in 4 hours before we arrived at 11:25 pm. Room that was assigned to us not ready. Had to flag down a housekeeper and have it made up so got into our room just before midnight. No late checkout available.

The location of the property is a perfect distance from the city. It is right off 64 and has the ability to get to any of the attractions. My only petpeive is the fact that the handicapped room has no way for a person in a wheelchair to use the shower. The installation of a floor drain would be a big improvement.
