The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The rooms were not clean. The tv looked like it had never been cleaned. In the morning tried to have a shower but no hot water at all! Went to the breakfast area and didn’t have anything because the person setting up the food was hacking and coughing all around the area. What a difference a year makes as we stayed there a year ago but have now marked it off list.

Stay was below average
Checkin was adequate but asked for $50 deposit which I’ve not been asked for before when using Hotels.com or other sites. The room had a very musty smell so I requested some air freshener which they supplied however the room still smelled.

This is the absolute worst hotel period. It all started at check in, the guy told us like 4 times that they didn't have an elevator as we were going to be on the 2nd floor and we responsed that was ok each time. His attitude was completely dismissive. We booked online and he didn't ask for the card until after my husband put it back in his wallet and said it was for a $50 security deposit, which we later see it could be held for several weeks. We go up to stairs, the walls had huge patched holes in numerous places. We get to the room and can barely get in the door due to too much furniture in the room. There was significant damage to one of the walls(we took pictures incase they teied to use our security deposit for the damage). The shower had mold and the door was so dirty you could barely see into the shower. The toilet paper had about 12 squares and no other rolls in the room. So we went to ask for some and the guy asked what. I said toilet paper and he went in the back brought 2 rolls and set on the counter and didn't say a single word. We went back up to the room and when we came down to go out for dinner, a guy was trying to come in the front door and we were trying to get out and the door wouldn't open(automatix door). When my husband turned around to say something to the clerk about the door, he laughed in his face and said
you fix it. We were eventually able to pry the door open ourselves. Bottom line this place is crap.

Reserved off of Expedia when checking in they wanted an unexpected $50 security deposit,building is old and out dated many patched walls in the hallways the carpets looked like they could use a good cleaning.No elevator so we had to carry our bags up the staiRoom could have used a good cleaning bed was comfortable

Lacking a bit
The late-night attendant was a friendly young man with notable language difficulty. He spoke and understood English but answered as though he were frustrated -- and his shift had just begun. The room had a faulty lock, was right next to the outside door, and the outside door had a faulty lock, too. No toilet tissue in the bathroom.

This may have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The room was disgusting and smelled terrible. The room did not have a TV.
The shower was luke warm at best and was so dirty that I resorted to wear my flip flops in the shower.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Cheap price was a hint.
Room was in pretty bad condition...stopper for sink sitting on counter. Desk chair and under desk dirty. Shower, especially the water on off valve disgusting. Fan light cover laying on towels shelf.

Nice location. Bad check-in experience. Requires a $50.00 deposit for incidentals. It takes weeks to have the money returned to the card. The room was good, the bathroom was horrible. The shower door was falling off, and drywall screws all around the place holding the doors together
