I was refused a refund from the manager when the hot tub began to leak .The entire floor was flooded and my guests cut her foot once it flooded. I will be posting pictures, and video of the manger on site. Also, will contact your corporate offices soon

No complimentary hairdryer. 3 night stay... room key stopped working after 1st night so had to get it reactivated. Ditto for 2nd night. Quite annoying. No blanket, and bedspread was thin. Felt like I was only covered with a sheet. Otherwise room was nice.
