Bathroom light was out, lamp unplugged, no coffee maker ( had to ask twice to get one brought to the room) phone in room did not work had to walk to front desk instead of calling. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable

This was rated as an 8.4..I would not rate it more than 7. The walls were paper thin, we had thread bare patches on our sheets and on the bath mat. Stain on the carpet. The breakfast was uneventful. Loud drunk guests in the hallways. Sounded like they were banging on our door but likely the walls. Room wasn't dirty but the general areas like elevator were not clean. Needed major updating. Would not stay there again.

The staff was very professional but also very personable and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was always hot and delicious. The rooms were clean and welcoming. My only issue was the fact that the 2nd floor ice maker was broken and I had to go downstairs for ice.
